Joanna
McBride, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc.
began her training in CBT in 1996, at the University College Medical
School in London, England. Since then, she has obtained her Master’s
Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional
Psychology in Toronto. She received further training in CBT, with
an emphasis on anxiety disorders, at the Centre for Addiction and
Mental Health in Toronto. In 2006, she became registered with the
College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Psychological Associate
(#4232). She opened the doors of McBride Psychological Services
in January 2007, and now provides CBT for adults with mood disorders,
anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders.
Chris Watson, Ph.D., C.Psych. (Supervised Practice) obtained
his doctoral degree in clinical psychology at the University of
Waterloo in 2008. He began his CBT training at the University of
Waterloo in 2004, with an emphasis on anxiety and mood disorders,
under Dr. Christine Purdon. He has received further training in
CBT for anxiety disorders at the Anxiety Treatment and Research
Centre in Hamilton, under Dr. Martin M. Antony and Dr. Randi E.
McCabe. Dr. Watson is currently registered with the College of Psychologists
of Ontario (#4486) as a Psychologist in Supervised Practice. He
provides CBT for adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders,
and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders.
